Not only will it help beat that dreaded changing season sniffle. Keeping hydrated will have your skin glowing. Keep you on that dance floor until the last song and help you not make a holy show of yourself after a few drinks- Don’t even pretend to not know what we are talking about.

GET PASSIONATE ABOUT FOOD

As that program says you really are what you eat. Stay fit, healthy and looking fiiine by investing in fresh fruit and veg and prepare some meals to get you through the week with a treat of pizza or The Roosts nachos one of the days. Everything in moderation, right?!

GET SOME KIP

We can’t offer to apply your makeup while you sleep but seriously get some rest. A new beginning is exhausting and needs some rest. Add in all the events at The Roost and sleep is essential. Having a cheeky afternoon nap is something you’re going to cherish.
